Some users are presented with a link to verify their wallets when they enter the site. Users who click on this link to connect their wallets will most likely lose their assets. Therefore, it is recommended not to enter CoinMarketCap for now.
The attack is likely limited to the platform's front-end and the hackers do not have control of the entire site.
