According to Jinse Finance, EmberCN monitoring shows that a long-term whale who accumulated 21,662 ETH eight years ago transferred 4,123 ETH (worth approximately $10.51 million) to an exchange nine hours ago when ETH surged close to $2,600. This whale accumulated 21,662 ETH through an exchange in 2017, with an average purchase price of about $569.
