Analyst: The Federal Reserve Won't Cut Interest Rates Until the End of 2025
2025/07/03 13:17According to a report by Jinse Finance, Seema Shah, a strategist at Sinan Asset Management, wrote that after today's non-farm payroll report was released, she believes the Federal Reserve will not cut interest rates until the end of 2025. "Some Fed speakers have indicated that they are inclined to cut rates as early as this month. However, today's data shows higher-than-expected employment numbers, a decline in the unemployment rate, and a decrease in initial jobless claims, which completely eliminates their rationale for an imminent rate cut and suggests there is no urgency for the Fed to provide supportive policies."
