Valued at £17.87 million, the latest purchase was executed at an average price of £78,932 ($107,726) per Bitcoin. With this move, the company’s total holdings now stand at 1,000 BTC worth over £78.2 million, solidifying its role as one of the few publicly listed firms in the UK actively building a Bitcoin-based balance sheet. This acquisition forms a critical part of the company’s “10 Year Plan,” a forward-looking strategy that embeds Bitcoin accumulation into its broader financial architecture.

Year-to-date performance has been exceptional. The company reports a staggering BTC yield of 26,242%, with a 30-day yield of 530% reflecting both the timing and performance of its crypto treasury. Despite the substantial deployment, The Smarter Web Company still holds approximately £42.3 million in available cash reserves for potential future Bitcoin acquisitions, signaling sustained bullishness on the asset’s long-term value.
To provide investors with greater clarity on its evolving strategy, the firm released an updated investor presentation. Available through its investor relations portal, the document outlines treasury performance, strategic positioning, and future plans centred on Bitcoin adoption and corporate growth.
Beyond Bitcoin, the company continues to grow its core web development and digital marketing business. A parallel strategic acquisition plan is in place to expand recurring revenue streams by targeting complementary businesses aligned with its service model.
Further strengthening its position, The Smarter Web Company announced on June 26 that it had raised £41.2 million ($56.59 million) in fresh capital. The funding was secured from institutional investors via an accelerated bookbuild—a swift capital-raising method that bypasses traditional marketing, enabling rapid execution within 48 hours. This infusion of capital, coming on the heels of its major Bitcoin buy, reinforces the firm’s financial firepower and signals confidence in its crypto-forward direction.
