After Profiting $11 Million in ETH, the Infini Hacker Begins Cashing Out and Moving Funds
According to Jinse Finance, on-chain analyst Yujin has monitored that after making a profit of $11 million from ETH, the Infini hacker has started selling and transferring ETH. On February 24, Infini was hacked for approximately 49.5 million USDC. The hacker used the USDC to purchase 17,696 BTC at a price of $2,798 (UTC+8), and did not make any further moves afterward. Five months later, today, the price of ETH surpassed $3,400. The value of the hacker’s ETH holdings increased by $11 million, reaching $60.5 million. As a result, the hacker took action: sold 1,770 ETH in exchange for 5.878 million DAI; deposited 5,001 ETH into Tornado Cash.
