Optimism Deploys Superchain Upgrade 16 to Enable Superchain Interoperability
Foresight News reports that Optimism has successfully deployed Superchain Upgrade 16. This upgrade includes smart contract changes to support Superchain interoperability, enhances decentralization and security to meet L2Beat’s new standards for Stage 1 chains, and introduces improvements to the OP Stack, including raising the gas limit per block to 500 million.
