Brevan Howard Appoints Former Thiel Family Office Member as Digital Asset Fund Manager
According to a report by Jinse Finance citing Bloomberg, Brevan Howard Asset Management is set to appoint former Thiel Family Office member David Kalk as portfolio manager for its multi-strategy digital asset fund. Kalk previously served as Chief Investment Officer at Reflexive Capital and brings extensive experience in both macro and crypto asset investments. He will join Brevan Howard along with two members from his original team and will continue to oversee the firm’s digital asset investment operations. In recent years, Brevan Howard has been increasing its presence in the crypto market, with its BH Digital fund achieving an annualized return of 51.3% last year.
