Web3 Investment Fund C1 Fund Debuts on the NYSE, China Renaissance Serves as the Sole Underwriter in Asia
According to ChainCatcher, C1 Fund (CFND), a private equity investment firm focused on Web3 and digital asset services, has successfully gone public on the New York Stock Exchange. The IPO issued 6 million shares at a price of $10 per share, raising a total of approximately $60 million. China Renaissance served as the sole underwriter for Asia in this IPO.
C1 Fund plans to invest at least 80% of its total assets in equity of companies within the Web3 and digital asset services technology sector, targeting investments in 30 leading enterprises. The fund’s core team includes former exchange Chief Legal Officer Michael Lempres (Chairman), Dr. Najam Kidwai (Chief Executive Officer), Klickl CEO Michael Zhao (Vice Chairman), and former Goldman Sachs executive Elliot Han (Chief Investment Officer), among other seasoned professionals.
