According to ChainCatcher, on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa has monitored that address 0x46d...c35cf withdrew 1,999 ETH, worth $7.84 million, from an exchange after ETH surpassed $4,000.
In the past 24 hours, this address has withdrawn a total of 3,356.78 ETH (valued at $13.02 million) from CEXs, at an average price of $3,925.5 per ETH.
