according to on-chain analyst Ai Auntie (@ai9684xtpa), the address starting with 0x46d withdrew 1999 ETH from Binance after ETH broke through $4000, worth about $7.84 million. In the past 24 hours, the address has withdrawn 3356.78 ETH from exchanges (total value of about $13.02 million), with an average price of $3925.5.
