According to ChainCatcher, data from Ember shows that the "Four-time ETH 75% Win Rate Whale" had their positions further liquidated this afternoon, after which they stopped adding to their positions and closed out entirely. This address lost $20.73 million on this round of shorting ETH.
Reportedly, this address began shorting ETH on July 28, and as of August 3, had an unrealized profit of $12.25 million. However, as ETH continued to rise, their positions were repeatedly liquidated and replenished, with a total outlay of $20.98 million. Ultimately, this afternoon, the address fully conceded, closed all positions, and was left with only $250,000.
