US stock market opened with the three major indexes opening higher, with the Dow rising 0.4%, the S&P 500 rising 0.4%, and the Nasdaq rising 0.5%. "Stablecoin leader" Circle (CRCL.N) surged by about 15%, with second-quarter revenue increasing by 53% year-on-year.
