Block Plans to Issue $1.5 Billion in Senior Notes
According to Jinse Finance, payment service provider Block has announced plans to issue a total of $1.5 billion in senior notes through a private placement. The funds raised will be used for corporate operations, including debt repayment, potential acquisitions, and strategic transactions.
