According to Jinse Finance, Strategy Inc announced today that its legal name has been changed from MicroStrategy Incorporated to "Strategy Inc," effective August 11, 2025. The company's securities listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market will continue to trade under their existing ticker symbols: MSTR (Class A Common Stock), STRK (8.00% Series A Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock), STRF (10.00% Series A Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock), STRD (10.00% Series A Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock), and STRC (Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock). The CUSIP numbers will also remain unchanged. The name change will not affect the company's corporate structure.
