A major whale transferred 77,736 ETH to an exchange 10 minutes ago

According to Jinse Finance, Ember monitoring has reported that 77,736 ETH, worth $368 million, was transferred from address 0xfDFE to an exchange 10 minutes ago. These 77,736 ETH were originally withdrawn from an exchange six and a half years ago (January 2019), when they were valued at only $11.9 million. In February this year, they were transferred to an exchange but apparently were not sold and were moved back on-chain. Today, all of this ETH has once again been transferred to an exchange, with its value having increased from $11.9 million seven years ago to $368 million now—a 31-fold increase.
