Injective has entered into a strategic partnership with global investment platform Republic, aiming to expand access to tokenized private market opportunities and accelerate institutional adoption of blockchain-based finance.
The collaboration was announced in an August 21 press release.
As part of the integration, Republic’s 3 million users across more than 150 countries can now access Injective-native assets directly through Republic Wallet. The two companies will also introduce a launchpad dedicated to Injective-based projects, enabling startups and institutions to tap into Republic’s vast network of accredited and retail investors.

Republic is already a prominent player in private markets, having facilitated more than $3 billion in funding for over 3,000 ventures. Its portfolio includes notable unicorns such as SpaceX, Robinhood, and Carta. The new partnership builds on Republic’s earlier role as a validator on Injective, deepening its commitment to expanding onchain fundraising and tokenized investment products.
With Republic operating as a FINRA-registered funding platform and holding regulatory approvals across the U.S., UK, EU, and Asia, the alliance adds significant compliance credibility to Injective’s financial ecosystem.
Injective, known for its finance-focused blockchain infrastructure, already supports tokenized markets for Nvidia chips, equities, structured products, and a recently launched onchain Digital Asset Treasury offering ETH exposure. Pairing this infrastructure with Republic’s regulatory framework is expected to fast-track the development of new tokenized financial instruments.
The tokenization industry is forecast to reach a $50 billion valuation by year-end, up from $35 billion currently. With Injective’s performance-driven technology and Republic’s global regulatory reach, both firms are positioning themselves at the forefront of this growing sector.
Earlier this year, tokenized commodities entered the Injective ecosystem, with gold (XAU) and silver (XAG) now available on-chain. These assets offer programmable, round-the-clock access to traditionally illiquid markets, and can be traded, staked, or used as DeFi collateral, enhancing their utility far beyond simple spot speculation.
By bridging institutional finance with decentralized technology, Injective and Republic aim to democratize access to private market investments while setting new standards for blockchain adoption in traditional finance.
