Foresight News reported, according to monitoring by Lookonchain, a whale transferred all 1,000 BTC (approximately $117 million) to a new wallet after being dormant for 12 years. This whale acquired the 1,000 BTC 12 years ago (then worth about $847,000), when the price of bitcoin was $847.
