According to ChainCatcher, Momentum announced on X that it will be launching on Buidlpad today and opening MMT community subscription.

This community subscription aims to raise 4.5 million US dollars, with an FDV of 350 million US dollars. For eligible early participants, Momentum will offer a discounted valuation at a 250 million US dollars FDV. All tokens obtained through this round of sale will be 100% unlocked at TGE (Token Generation Event), and community participants will not be required to lock or set a vesting period.
