according to Cointelegraph, the fast food chain brand Steak'N Shake quickly abandoned its plan to accept ETH payments in the face of strong opposition from the Bitcoin community. The chain restaurant suspended the related vote within hours and stated "we are loyal to Bitcoin supporters".
Earlier, Steak'N Shake had announced that it would start accepting Bitcoin payments from May 16, 2025.
