Show original
According to ChainCatcher, ZachXBT reported that Circle implemented "preventive freezing" on four EVM addresses, claiming that their funds originated from theft related to a certain exchange; however, the aforementioned addresses hold DAI instead of USDC, so the hacker can transfer DAI and exchange it for USDC to evade the freeze.
