SharpLink: Raised $76.5 million to increase ETH holdings

According to ChainCatcher, SharpLink announced that it has successfully raised $76.5 million by issuing shares at $17 per share (a 12% premium over the market price). In addition, through an innovative 90-day premium purchase contract (at $17.5 per share, a 19% premium over the market price), it is expected to raise approximately $79 million more. The $76.5 million raised will be used to increase holdings of ETH, continuing SBET's growth momentum and ETH accumulation strategy.
