Suspected Richard Heart transfers 116,000 ETH to a new address and sends them in batches to Tornado Cash
Foresight News reported, according to monitoring by @ai_9684xtpa, the suspected Richard Heart (founder of HEX and PulseChain) transferred 115,580 ETH to a new address 15 minutes ago and began moving them in batches to Tornado Cash. Currently, the receiving address has already transferred out 7,300 ETH, worth approximately $29.56 million.
