WisdomTree partners with BNY to provide funding channels for its digital asset app
Jinse Finance reported that WisdomTree has announced a partnership with BNY Mellon to provide on-chain and off-chain channels for retail investor funds through its digital asset investment app, WisdomTree Prime. The app already supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, tokenized gold, and WisdomTree digital funds, and has launched its own stablecoin, USDW, which is used for fund dividend payments. In addition to USDW, the app also supports USDC and PYUSD stablecoins. BNY Mellon also serves as the custodian and banking partner for USDW reserves, facilitating the integration of digital assets with traditional finance.
