PopX’s Mr. SennD: BTC.VC and PopX Are Building a Self-Growing Capital System
On November 8, 2025, at the “PopChain Global Ecosystem Summit & Luma Protocol Launch Ceremony” in Hong Kong, PopX’s Mr. SennD delivered a keynote titled “PopX Capital System — Driven by BTC.VC.”
Mr. SennD stated that BTC.VC and PopX are not building a traditional investment fund, but a self-growing capital system. Through a dual-layer structure of mother fund + series sub-funds, the group enables global capital coordination and on-chain ecosystem deployment to form a positive, compounding flywheel.
According to Mr. SennD, PopX connects capital, compute, user flow, and applications into a unified economic network—allowing every contribution to circulate and grow within the ecosystem. PopX draws from the strengths of the world’s leading institutions—research depth, ecosystem scale, cultural influence, and regulatory discipline—and fuses them into a higher-dimensional model of system capital.
He concluded:
“In the next era of Web3, growth will no longer be driven by narrative, but by structure. BTC.VC × PopX is building the foundational framework for this new capital order.”
