On November 25, it was reported that Berachain granted one of its Series B lead investors, Brevan Howard, the right to a "risk-free refund of the investment after the TGE" without the knowledge of other investors. According to the documents, Berachain granted the fund the right to exercise a refund on its $25 million Series B investment within up to one year after the token generation event on February 6, 2025. Other investors were unaware of this.
