Scilex completes second bitcoin investment in Datavault AI worth approximately $580 million
Jinse Finance reported that Nasdaq-listed company Scilex Holding has announced the completion of its second investment in Datavault AI, which will be paid in bitcoin (based on the spot price of bitcoin at the time the strategic investment agreement was signed). It is reported that this investment grants Scilex Holding 263,914,094 shares of Datavault AI common stock, which, based on the closing price of $2.21 on November 25, is equivalent to approximately $583.3 millions.
