Hong Kong SFC launches staff fundraising campaign to support victims of the Tai Po fire
ChainCatcher news, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has launched an employee fundraising campaign to support the victims of the Tai Po fire. The SFC stated that as a public institution, it will join hands with all sectors of society to provide support to the victims and their families during this difficult time. The SFC calls on all employees to actively participate in the fundraising campaign and to voluntarily provide any form of assistance to those in need.
The SFC will donate all proceeds from this fundraising campaign, together with the budget originally allocated for the annual staff dinner (which was scheduled for December but has now been canceled), to the "Tai Po Wang Fuk Court Assistance Fund" established by the Hong Kong SAR Government.
