JAN3: Partner Suddenly Suspends Service, DolphinCard Fully Suspends Operations and Initiates Refund Process
Foresight News reported that Samson Mow, CEO of bitcoin technology company JAN3, tweeted that he had received notification from a partner service provider that all DolphinCards have been suddenly suspended. Mow stated that the team will refund all test users, with specific procedures to be sent via the JAN3 account email, and emphasized the safety of user funds. He reminded users to replace any cards set up for automatic payments as soon as possible to avoid subscription interruptions. JAN3 is looking for a new service provider and is working to restore DolphinCard services as soon as possible.
