U.S. stock market opens: Dow Jones falls 0.1%, Novo Nordisk surges 9.6%

ChainCatcher news, according to Golden Ten Data, at the opening of the US stock market, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.1%, the S&P 500 Index dropped 0.1%, and the Nasdaq Composite Index opened flat. Nvidia fell 0.03%, while Tesla rose 0.4%. Novo Nordisk surged 9.6% after the FDA approved its oral weight-loss drug Wegovy. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index fell 0.4%.
