A 5.0-magnitude earthquake strikes Guerrero, Mexico again

Golden Ten Data reported on January 3 that at 9:37 a.m. local time on January 2, according to the Mexican National Seismological Service, a 5.0-magnitude earthquake struck Guerrero State in southwestern Mexico, with a focal depth of 10 kilometers. Earlier, a 6.5-magnitude earthquake had occurred in the coastal area of Guerrero State, also with a focal depth of 10 kilometers. An alarm was sounded in the capital, Mexico City.
