Saratoga Investment Corp. Reports Strong Fiscal Q3 Results

Saratoga Investment Corp., headquartered in New York, announced on Wednesday that it earned $12 million in profit during its fiscal third quarter.

The company reported earnings of 74 cents per share, with adjusted earnings—excluding investment gains—coming in at 61 cents per share.

These figures exceeded analysts’ expectations. According to a survey by Zacks Investment Research, the consensus estimate among four analysts was 59 cents per share.

Revenue for the quarter reached $31.6 million, also beating projections. Analysts polled by Zacks had anticipated revenue of $31.3 million.
