Truebit token TRU was wiped out in this hacking incident
BlockBeats News, January 9, the Ethereum-based verification and computation protocol Truebit suffered a security vulnerability on Thursday, resulting in a loss of approximately 8,535 ETH (worth $26.6 million). This vulnerability allowed attackers to purchase the protocol's native token TRU at an extremely low price.
According to CoinGecko data, after this attack, the price of Truebit's TRU token plummeted by 100%, dropping from about $0.16 to $0.0000000007191, and its market capitalization can no longer be calculated.
