Nasdaq issues delisting notice to Bitcoin treasury company K Wave Media

Nasdaq issued a delisting notice to the company on January 7, requiring the company to raise its stock price above $1 and maintain it for 10 consecutive trading days by July 6, 2026, to avoid delisting.
