SEC Delays Review of PENGU and T.Rowe Price Cryptocurrency ETF
BlockBeats News, January 13th, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued an announcement, extending the review period for the Canary Pudgy Penguins (PENGU) ETF and the T. Rowe Price Active Cryptocurrency ETF. The former is planned to be listed on Cboe BZX, providing exposure to the Pudgy Penguins NFT ecosystem, while the latter is set to debut on NYSE Arca as a multi-asset actively managed cryptocurrency ETF.
In addition, the SEC has opened a public comment period on the options listing proposal for the Grayscale CoinDesk Crypto 5 ETF. (financefeeds)
