GDP monthly report, UK: November 2025
Economic Performance: September to November 2025
Between September and November 2025, the UK’s real GDP edged up by 0.1%. This follows a period of stagnation in the three months leading up to October, which was previously reported as a 0.1% decline but has since been revised to show no change. The three months to September 2025 had also recorded a 0.1% increase.
The services sector expanded by 0.2% during this period, building on a 0.1% rise in the previous three months—a figure that was revised from an earlier estimate of no growth. In contrast, production output slipped by 0.1%, mainly due to reduced activity in the manufacturing of motor vehicles, trailers, and semi-trailers.
