Bringing more than 20 years of expertise in marketing, communications, and fintech leadership, Marilena steps into her role as OneRoyal accelerates its global reach, enhances its brand presence, and focuses on delivering innovative, customer-centered solutions across diverse markets.
Marilena’s impressive background in financial services and online brokerage includes:
- Previously serving as Group CMO at Tickmill, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the global marketing direction for a top FX & CFD brokerage.
- Heading marketing at M4Markets from 2020 to 2023, guiding brand strategy and international regulatory expansion, notably securing a CySEC license in October 2022.
- Most recently, acting as CMO for Doo Prime, part of the Doo Group, starting in 2023.
Her career encompasses public relations, brand development, digital marketing, and international growth within the competitive fintech and brokerage industry.
Strengthening the Executive Team
Joining Marilena is Mariliza Karrera, who brings a wealth of experience in marketing and brand management from her previous roles at M4Markets and Doo Group. Having worked closely with Marilena as part of a dynamic leadership partnership, Mariliza’s arrival further enhances OneRoyal’s senior marketing and strategic capabilities.
