Industrial output increased by 0.7% in the eurozone and by 0.2% across the EU
Industrial Production Rises in Euro Area and EU in November 2025
According to preliminary data released by Eurostat, the European Union’s statistical agency, industrial output in the euro area climbed by 0.7% in November 2025 compared to the previous month. Across the entire EU, production edged up by 0.2% during the same period. These figures mirror the growth rates observed in October 2025, when the euro area also saw a 0.7% increase and the EU recorded a 0.2% rise.
When comparing November 2025 to the same month in 2024, industrial production expanded by 2.5% within the euro area and by 2.2% across the EU.
Breaking down the euro area’s performance in November 2025 versus October 2025, output for intermediate goods rose by 0.3%, while energy production declined by 2.2%. Other categories also experienced changes during this period.
