Foresight News reported that Kaito founder Yu Hu released a timeline statement on the X platform regarding recent events. On January 13, he received an email from a client manager about a possible reassessment, and on January 14, he received a legal notice from X and responded on the same day. On January 15, he learned about the content published by Nikita at the same time as the public. Yu Hu stated that he had previously received legal notices from X and had resolved them properly, so it was reasonable to wait for further clarification and discussion within this short time window before making a unilateral announcement.

Yu Hu also stated that Yaps has now been shut down, and Kaito plans to expand beyond the cryptocurrency sector to cross-platform (TikTok, YouTube) through Kaito Studio in 2026. He mentioned that Kaito Studio has been in preparation for several months and will serve as a new model to supplement Yaps. This change does not affect Kaito Launchpad, Kaito Pro, Kaito API, or the upcoming Kaito Markets, and more roadmap details will be released in the future.
