Manta Network community users propose to migrate the Manta Atlantic network out of the Polkadot ecosystem

A proposal has been initiated by the Manta Network community on the governance forum, suggesting that Manta's Polkadot parachain, Manta Atlantic, be migrated. The potential option one is to choose a custom chain built on Cosmos, and the potential option two is to build an independent Layer1 chain similar to Solana and Sui. Note: Manta Atlantic is a parachain network previously launched by Manta based on Polkadot, not the Layer2 network Manta Pacific which is currently the focus of Manta's development.
