French National Gaming Authority Plans to Block Polymarket's Access License in Its Territory
According to The Big Whale, the French National Gaming Authority (ANJ) is planning to block Polymarket's access to its territory. Although Polymarket operates with cryptocurrencies, it is still essentially a gaming activity, which is considered illegal under French law. The ANJ has stated that it is reviewing the platform's compliance and plans to restrict access to it in France, including through domain blocking.
