Arkham: US Government Deposits $10 Worth of ETH into an Exchange, Possibly for Testing Purposes

According to ChainCatcher, Arkham has issued an alert stating that the U.S. government deposited $10 worth of ETH into an exchange or used it for testing. The wallet address holds 100,000 ETH, which was originally seized from Chase Senecal in October 2022.
