DeFi Education Fund Establishes Tax-Deductible Nonprofit Organization
According to ChainCatcher, as reported by The Block, The DeFi Education Fund (DEF), one of Washington's largest decentralized finance lobbying groups, is launching the DeFi Education Foundation, a nonprofit organization aimed at educating lawmakers who are drafting regulations for the cryptocurrency industry and providing donors with a tax-deductible charitable giving channel.
The new foundation will be led by DeFi Education Fund Executive Director Tuminelli, Greg Xethalis of Multicoin Capital, and Michael Mosier, co-founder of Arktouros PLLC.
