Foresight News reported that the South Korean National Assembly will conduct a review of crypto spot ETFs in February. The institution's review will have a significant impact on market participants. The committee will focus on evaluating the proposed amendment to the Capital Markets Act, which would formally allow domestic financial institutions to create and list crypto spot ETFs.
